Our specially selected wedding designer will contact you to set up an appointment within 24 hours.

You and your fiancé will meet with the selected designer on our premises in Muldersdrift. Please feel free to bring all you ideas. Family and friends are welcome to join in on the meeting as we know how important they are, especially on your big day.
Your quote will be forwarded to you, along with a booking form shortly after the meeting.
You would need to make a deposit payment to "Save Your Date".
Banking details are noted on the Booking Form.
Please forward you booking form & proof of payment to your designer.
A "Mock Up" will be scheduled ASAP once your designer receives the booking form and proof of payment.

Your "Mock Up" will take place at our offices - you are more than welcome to make any changes to your mock up.
An update quote will be forwarded to you after your mock up.

Your designer will contact you 1 month prior to your wedding to confirm total numbers of guests as well as guest tables.
Now we will be Counting the Days - We are looking forwards to Your Wedding Day!

Should you know the items you would like to hire in from us, please send us an email with the following information: item name, item number and the quantity that you would like to hire.

If you are not too sure about your design, feel free to visit us at our spectacular showroom.
A professional rental designer will assist you with your design.
A rental order will be forwarded to you once you have all you items listed.
Please sign the "Terms & Conditions" and send back to us with your proof of payment.

Final payment can be made in our office via cash or card machine. Alternatively you are welcome to make the final balance payment by EFT.
Rentals may be picked up on the Wednesday prior to your wedding.
Rentals must please be returned to our offices on the first Monday after your Function/wedding.
